The Government Estate Strategy sets out how we will create an efficient, fit-for-purpose and sustainable estate that performs as well as the best of the private sector.
In June 2013 we published our first strategy. We are now publishing a more ambitious and comprehensive update. It reflects good progress so far and expands on the scope of our work, using the estate to provide better integrated public services and to enable economic growth.
