In 2017 the Government made a commitment that it will make the commercial terms of all government land and property sales more transparent.
The transparency also aims to increase accountability to the taxpayer on how land and property disposals are supporting Government to achieve value for money for the public purse. This report discloses details of all commercial sales of Central Government surplus land over the financial years of 2015 to 2016 and 2016 to 2017.
