This guidance contains information about the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017, which took effect from 1 April 2017. These regulations were laid following the enactment of the Trade Union Act 2016.
You will need to submit:
the number of trade union representatives in your organisation
the percentage of time spent on facility time
the amount spent on facility time
the percentage of paid facility time spent on paid trade union activities
