Updated: Added 'Organisations and consortiums invited to lead full Fair Chance Fund bids' document.
The Fair Chance Fund is a payment by results programme of up to £15 million. It aims to improve outcomes for a group of young, homeless people (predominantly 18 to 24 year olds) whose needs are difficult to address using existing services. If these needs are not addressed they are likely to lead to long-term benefit dependency, health problems and increased crime.
We are inviting expressions of interest from service providers for the Fair Chance Fund. Bids should be submitted using the application form by 12pm on 22 April 2014. The application form should specify that it is submitted as part of the expressions of interest phase.
