Guidance: New models of construction procurement: introduction

The government has published guidance on the 3 new models of construction procurement defined in the Government Construction task group report (pdf):

• Two Stage Open Book
• Cost Led Procurement
• Integrated Project Insurance

This introduction sets out the common principles underlying the models and the distinguishing features of each model, together with the evidence from the trial projects and other sources that supports their adoption.
